Tengerdyné Ági

RYT200 teaches in Hungary, mainly in Dunaharaszti and Budapest

Agi was encouraged by her daughter, Bir Akal nine years ago to start with yogic practices to heal her rare thyroid disease. This natural way of treatment worked, and Agi showed incredible improvements to her doctors only in a few months. She then  decided to become a yoga teacher to understand more about the ancient healing technology of yoga. She specializes in “Spinal “Hatha yoga, which focuses on the spinal cord, alignment of the vertebrae, and strengthening the back muscles to improve our posture. Most health issues originate from the misalignment of the back-bone (Meru Danda). Despite of her age (approaching 70) Agi has a spectacular practice in all yogic traditions.
