Yoga found Zsuzsi 5 years ago. She was fortunate enough to become a first generation Yogin Teacher in Hungary and from day one was always an outstandingly dedicated practitioner. Her heart is captivated by the Kundalini tradition and also has love for Vinyasa Flow which she learned in India, the Mother Land of yoga. She traveled the world, exploring different teachers, lineages, healing modalities as she was deeply looking for answers and found Yin yoga as a profound way to reflect on our life. Zsuzsi is a compassionate, naturally born “helping hand” for people in need and for those who are ready to step on their yoga mat, opening up for change. She teaches in English and in Hungarian.

Kata is a spectacular dancer and “body artist”. After a great carrier, taking roles in world famous plays and shows, she went through a destructive, hard period in her life. That’s when she found yoga and begun to work with people with addictions, disabilities and found her passion for service which healed her own heart. She not only has an outstanding practice in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga but herself is a caring and wonderful teacher. Momentarily she is diving into the ancient teachings of Ayurveda to deepen her overall knowledge about the holistic three to be able to serve better.

Gabor has been intrigued by the world biggest religions since he was eleven years old. At the age of sixteen he already found yoga and began studying how faith and movement come together in different traditions. He is mainly inspired by the Iyengar tradition but also incorporates Sivananda, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Bhakti yoga elements in his teachings that he calls the “Triguna ways”. He has a vast, overall understanding about eastern philosophy which he teaches in Hungarian and English with love and passion.

Agi was encouraged by her daughter; Agi, to start yogic exercises to heal her rare thyroid disease. The natural treatment worked and Agi showed incredible improvements in the course of only a few months and she decided to become a yoga teacher to understand more about the ancient teachings. Her specialty is Hatha yoga focusing on the spinal cord, vertebrae and back to improve people’s posture and to help with general health issues originated in the misalignment of the back-bone (Meru Danda). Despite of her age (approaching 70) Agi has a spectacular practice in all yogic traditions.

Orsi claims to have found herself with the help of yoga. Her relationship with the Kundalini tradition is deep, continuous and intimate. Orsi’s daily practice(Sadhana) mostly consists of Kundalini Kriyas and Gurmukhi chants which she as well teaches with grace and a deep understanding in English and Hungarian. She is certified as Yogin Yin and Vinyasa, Hatha instructor as well has graduated in the Bindusar lineage. Orsi’s subtle body just as her cueing is very refined and makes her a great teacher, helper for others.

Being a phenomenal Vinyasa teacher is equivalent to being the greatest Artist. Reni has been practicing yoga since 2013 but her way of leading flow classes shows experience, passion, motivation and playfulness. Her feminine side definitely thrives and shines through her practice and she loves to share it. Reni is always looking for knowledge, more angles, points of views, she is a seeker of universal Love, abundance and peace. Certified also in Yin, Hatha and Kundalini yoga.
