“The chaos of information in the computer age will make it difficult for people to cope with their day-to-day lives. The body, mind, and spirit will have to be organized to meet these natural human phenomena…To sustain themselves, tomorrow’s individuals must have yogic training…Yoga is a science for all humanity…It brings mental caliber for purpose and prosperity of life.” Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga
The Yogin Organization wants to make sure that people practice yogaregardless of their age, gender and beliefs, because it is a need of the times.
Yogin is much “more than a pose”, we want everybody to understand that Yoga is;
- Performing asanas(poses), while practicing non-violence(ahimsa) and self-care yet challenging the challenge
- Observing one’s breathing, not only on the yoga mat but everywhere, every time, being aware of all “outer and inner” circumstances, and opportunities
- Relaxing body and mind in the proper way, (not only at night) to recover the nervous system after stress and countless stimuli
- Healping us to find focus through specific (Kriyas and) Meditation exercises, to become one-pointed
- A daily practice, best way of recharging oneself with Prana (life force), since our soul needs nourishment as well
- Thinking positive and developing the neutral mind
- Eating properly to live a healthy, conscious life, that leads to our highest destiny
- Accessing our innate wisdom, developing intuition and inner knowing how to heal ourselves, how to value alone time and use our social skills the best way
“Health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness, yoga shows the way.” Swami Sivananda
