Agnes specializes and mostly teaches Kundalini and Yin yoga, occasionally leads Vinyasa and Hatha yoga classes, workshops and retreats. She has created a 33 Hour Yin Teacher Training Program spiced up with other healing modalities that provides profound experience and understanding of the 10 bodies(layers) of a human being. Bir Akal gained her spiritual name through the Kundalini Tradition and she is an honest follower and forever student of Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. Agnes’s main goal is to train teachers and spread awareness amongst all people with the Yogin 200 and 500 Hour Teacher Training and Awareness Programs. She dedicates her life to people who are willing to heal from trauma, illness, injury or simply from the past. Bir Akal’s everyday Sadhana consists of mostly Gurmukhi chants, Meditation and Kundalini, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Hatha physical practices.
